Uses push technology to transmit data to clients.

Our powerful, fast CSPFlex™ Application Server, with client, server, and persistent layers is a work horse used by the U.S. Navy SureTrak system. It can work for you too. Let us know your requirements.

Powerful - Controls access. Uses push technology to notify clients of changes to the data when more than one client is using the same set of data. This means no more re-querys of data. The data changes appear in your data screen as you watch. The  CSPFlex™ Application Server is ACID.

ACID is the acronym used to describe the four properties of an enterprise-level transaction :

  • ATOMICITY: a transaction should be done or undone completely. In the event of a failure, all operations and procedures should be undone, and all data should rollback to its previous state.
  • CONSISTENCY: a transaction should transform a system from one consistent state to another consistent state.
  • ISOLATION: each transaction should happen independently of other transactions occurring at the same time.
  • DURABILITY: Completed transactions should remain permanent, even during system failure.

Fast - retrieve 10000 record handles to a client form in typically 20 seconds or less. Store new, data checked records at 3 per second or better. Of course speed differs with CPU, disk, and network performance and loading.

Client, Server, and Persistent layers provide separation of application function and data storage functions. What this means to you is that even though the CSPFlex™ Application Server persistence or data storage layer currently uses Oracle® or PostgreSQL, the persistence layer could be changed to use another database, commercial or custom, or even flat files without having to change the server or client code
